We have a double room (for single occupancy) available in our Victorian semi-detached house in Chichester.
The house is located 10-15 minutes walk into town and easy reach of A27, Sainsburys and Rolls Royce. There is on road parking here with no restrictions in this area.
We are preferably looking for a professional but room may also suit older student as close to College and University. Shared bathroom, although you have sole use for most of the time, kitchen and use of dining room and you are welcome to sit outside in the lovely garden in the warmer months! Cat friendly home!
The room has a double-bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. A desk is available if wanted.
Anyone looking for a quiet, friendly house will find this ideal.
Rent is £450 per calendar month which includes all bills - eg WiFi, Gas, Electric, TV licence and council tax.
