We have a beautiful 50-foot walled garden and patio area which you are welcome to use.
The rent includes all bills & internet in each room.
We also provide a cleaner for communal areas once a fortnight.
Use of bathroom, kitchen & washing machine is obviously fine although we expect the tenant to leave the areas clean and tidy i. e wash up and put away after each meal.
Our house is very homely, cozy, clean and tidy.
We are looking for a house guest with good family values to enjoy and respect our house.
