We are a young professional couple that are looking for someone to rent our spare room.
We are looking for someone that is friendly, neat and tidy & are happy to consider both male & female tenants. It will ultimately depend on how well we feel we will get on :-)
Would prefer a professional person, however will also consider students.
The house is an end of terrace house very close to the city centre. If the tenant has a car there is some on road parking. The room available is a double room and is furnished. The rent includes water, gas, electric, council tax and wifi.
We do have a large dog so you must be ok with dogs.
