The existing household are a sociable group of '20 something' girls who very much enjoy the support and friendship that comes from shared living. They are all hard working professionals, but they find the time to share a few meals, catch up on favourite TV shows, celebrate one-another's achievements and share fitness activities, adventures and outings. They would like an easy-going and fairly tidy, similar-aged, female to join their group.

The landlord is an accredited member of the National Landlords Association (NLA) and the property is managed in line with their exacting standards for the private rental sector. You will be provided with a contract, and your deposit will be held in a government approved scheme. You will not be charged any application or referencing fees.
