Hello,
I have a lovely double bedroom available furnished with a built-in wardrobe, desk & chair, chest of drawers, and double bed. Use of kitchen , shared bathrooms, garden. Available from Feb 2020. The house has a small garden, with a shed, off-road parking and is a 15 min walk from Chichester train station and town centre (just off the A27). Also 15 mins bike ride from Rolls Royce.
The room is £500 pcm inclusive of bills and broadband (deposit of £500 plus a month's rent in advance required). I am looking for a mature student or working professional who is friendly, clean and tidy to share my home with my 4 month old baby and I. I am currently off on maternity leave and will be returning to work full-time in June.
Must have references and proof of income.
