Hiya, we have a room going in our house. It's cosy, and has a double bed in it.
House is big, has nice kitchen, living room, friendly atmosphere, windows, walls that sort of thing, drive way for a small car, and a tool to help cook the perfect boiled egg!

Breakdown of costs:
£240 for rent per month, payable on the 4th of everymonth
Circa £60 month for bills (including water, gas, electric, council tax, wi-fi) we pay the gas and electric quarterly.

£150 for Ref Fees, and contract fees from the letting agency.
