Hi, we have a room to rent in a lovely house within 5 minutes walk to Central Chichester. We have 1 school age child so any prospective tenants need to be professional.
This is a double room for £450 per month including all bills. It is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
At the moment the room is available until march only but there is potential for it to be a longer term let.
Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared.
We are smokers but only in the garden, never inside the house.
Parking season tickets are available to park in the Cattle market car park just around the corner.
