It's very conveniently located, yet remarkably quiet, overlooking well maintained communal gardens which the room has a view of.

There is a residents only first come first served car park to the east side of the development. There is also a locked bike store available on the estate.

There is a 46" HD TV, great HiFi, Xbox, and other bits and bobs which you'd be welcome to use in the lounge. There is a media server with huge amounts of music, movies and TV shows available to all in the apartment, which you can enjoy in the lounge or in your room on your PC / laptop! Unlimited 20Mb wireless broadband is provided.

The lounge is very accommodating; including an L shape sofa, leather sofa bed for guests and even a dining table with four chairs. We're always happy to have weekend guests, the apartment is ideal for socialising.

The kitchen has all the modern essentials including a dishwasher, and the washer dryer is kept in its own cupboard off the hallway to minimise noise.

The room is provided with a wardrobe, you're welcome to bring your own additional furniture.
