Ideal room for professional working in Chichester

My double spare room has become available. A good sized room located in Chichester.

The house is a clean and tidy new build and is always well maintained. With a nice sized and well kept Garden c/w locked shed for bike storage, hammock and veg patch. A 30sec stroll to city centre bus service. A three minute walk to Fishbourne train station and four minute cycle ride to Chichester City centre. Complete with a allocated off road parking space.

I am a young professional live in landlord who works locally as a design engineer Mon-Friday. I am easy going and treat my house as my chill out shangri la. I'm pretty big on fitness so don't do a whole lot of sitting around, but do enjoy a wide range of music (play acoustic guitar) and watch the odd film.
I am very easy to live with but do expect a certain standard of cleanliness. A tidy up after yourself and shared general house keeping policy as is usually expected.

I also live with a small collie dog who is equally chilled out. However she really doesn't get along with cats (at all).
