Double room for rent central chichester

Hey, Looking for a housemate to move into a double room in the middle of chichester. My housemate of 18 months is moving in with his girlfriend in June so looking for someone to try and fill his shoes.
Move in dates are pretty flexible.
It's a two double bedroomed house/flat (bottom floor of a house) we have a decent size garden and two off road parking spaces. I'm a young professional working in finance and looking for a house mate who can work hard but still have a good time.

The landlords are really nice and chilled.
Really good little house just been decorated within minutes of city centre.

Looking for someone who enjoys sports, a gym goer would be great and just someone who can look after themselves but not who is always locked in their room.

I work full time monday to friday and have exams occasionally so have to revise some evenings but want someone who likes being social in the evening even if its just sitting in the lounge and having some dinner.
