I have a decent size double room for rent from 1st of October. Rent is £500 all in. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished if you have your own bits. The house has 2 bathrooms so the lodger will have their own bathroom.
The house is fully furnished with shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and wireless broadband throughout.
We have a good size south facing garden and shed to store bikes and the like. There is ample on street parking.
I live in and own the house so the new lodger needs to be employed, polite and friendly and just generally considerate of others. Oh and tidy would help!
We have a friendly cat called frank the tank who tends to keep himself to himself but will be around. So if you don't like cats or have an allergy to them then this probably isn't the house for you!
