Would prefer a student to fill last room although professionals will be considered; please be aware that a professional will be liable for 75% of the council tax on the house as all current tenants are exempt.
Bills: Fibre Optic Internet is included, everyone they pays their share of all utility bills - currently managed by one of the tenants.
