Double in Chi house, 7 nights or 5 nights pw

To rent: one double room in a house on the east side of Chichester, close to town centre, hospital and supermarkets. I would consider either a full time sharer or week days only (at an adjusted rate).

The room is in a lovely new build house with a big garden and has an open plan kitchen/reception with huge glass doors onto the sunny garden. Everything is fresh and spacious. Your room is on the first floor.

The room gets good light. It has ash wood floors, smart furnishings, TV aerial point, book shelves, decent wardrobe and under-bed storage. There is a small desk if you want it.
This room has sole use of the family bathroom (right next to it).

Most bills are inclusive, but my house has quite a few eco features and I do want to ask a modest share towards electricity and water, partly to encourage clean energy use. (i have adjusted the rent a little because of this). There are solar panels and an air heat exchanger, and bills so far, have been low.

There is free parking outside the house and we are on a quiet street.

We are two females. We are a friendly chatty kind of house, but respect other peoples need for privacy also. Its your home as well as mine and I hope you don't mind doing a fair share around the house, bins, washing up etc...

There is a young playful cat in the house. She loves a bit of attention, but is mostly doing her own thing.
