Lovely double room in city center for Mon-Fri let

My home is modern, comfortable and cosy, it's in the centre of town, 15 min walk to the railway station and opposite a large park. The room is large, and has a double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, desk and chair. You'll be sharing the house with friendly and descreet owner and large fluffy cat.
The rent includes, use of kitchen, shower room, washing machine and Wifi, but regret not the sitting room.

Parking is available and vouchers are available for additional .35 pence a day.

This room is only available Mon-Fri. It would suit a quiet, tidy female, who doesn't stay up too late (I go to bed at around 10pm and i'm up between 0530 & 0630).

Please note, with regret, this room is only suitable for females, no overnight guests allowed, room is not suitable for smokers or anyone with a cat allergy.
