Short Term Let - 2 Bed House - Chichester Canal

Double bedroom available for short term let (max. 8 weeks). The room is part furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes and a cupboard.

The house is 10 minutes walk south from Chichester train station and is situated next to the Chichester canal and couple of minutes from the A27. This makes it ideal for someone who needs to commute within the London/Portsmouth/Brighton triangle or anyone who works in Chichester city centre.

The house is less than two years old so is in great condition and all of the ameneties are available for your use if required. There is a shared bathroom, downstairs WC, kitchen, garden and living room. Off-road parking is available and on-road parking is possible for free too.

You are free to treat my home as your home and I'd like you to feel comfortable to do so. I am a very laid back person and I would appreciate living with someone similar who has a good sense of humour! I like to laugh! I enjoy spending my time doing exercise, reading and studying languages. I have a Maine Coon cat who is more like a rabbit than a cat, she is very loving! Any gender/age/language/background is welcome.

I am very flexible on the minimum duration of the stay so please let me know your requirements. The reason that this is a short term only is because I am relocating in November.
