There is a modern bathroom with shower over the bath, and an extra WC downstairs and a utility room too.

You will be very close to shops, sports facilities and even a country park. The Fastway bus is just a minute's walk away and will whisk you into town, Manor Royal or Gatwick... whenever you want as it runs 24 hours a day.

The Rent includes all bills. We have unlimited fibre extra broadband, a communal kitchen and lounge, shared bathroom, cloakroom and utility...with a washing machine and dryer.

There is extra storage on the property. We have a shed in the garden for you to keep a bicycle, etc.

You will be pleased to hear that there are no moving in or moving out fees!
