My house has a superb fully equipped bright sunny kitchen and dining room, fast fibre broadband and WIFI, and is kept at a very high standard.

I buy good quality kitchenware, I have little details like night lights on the stairs, LED lighting, a place to store a bike, an iron and ironing board, a washing line in the garden, clothes dryers in each room.

I am taking in just one lodger for now, and this is a large clean quiet happy house, and so its a place where a professional person can rest, study, and have a quiet time.

Applicants for the room need to be professional persons with evidence of stable employment, references, and evidence of their identity.

Sorry: I do not host couples, children or multiple occupants. I can only home single professional occupants.

Everything works very well here. Its clean, the grass is cut, the windows are clean, the kitchen is ready to use, etc. We are well organised and I maintain things well.

A term of rent from 1 months minimum, monthly rolling is offered, with written contract, receipted payments and no admin fees.

All bills are included above except the TV Licence. (Not required for Netflix)

There is a small charge of £1 per use of the washing machine or tumble dryer.
