The flat is in a great central location. It is a 5 minute walk to; bars, restaurants, cinema complex, supermarket, the no. 10 bus which takes 2 minutes to take you to Manor Royal or 10 minutes to Gatwick, close to A23 to Gatwick, 10 minute walk to Crawley train station or a 15-20 minute walk to Three bridges train station which takes 30 minutes to get to Brighton or 30 minutes to get to London.

You would have use of the whole flat including living room, kitchen, bathroom, this would be your home too and the only thing off limits would be my bedroom.

The flat also has plenty of storage if you have a lot of stuff, it has buzzer/key entry into the building, plenty of parking and a balcony which is perfect for bbqs in the summer!

A bit about me... I'm friendly, clean and tidy, I work during the week so wouldn't be around too much, go to the gym in the evenings. I'm easy going but I also do like my own personal space so I would be respectful of someone's privacy.
