Double room to rent in a modern and friendly home

Hi,
I am leaving my shared home and my roommates are looking for someone to replace me.
They are both working professionals, aged 26, one man one woman.
They are very nice, friendly people, who like it quiet and trouble-less at home but never mind a friendly chat or a diner :) a true home feeling.
No pets and no smoking in the house. But you can smoke in the garden.
The house, modern and fully furnished, is situated in Copthorne, very close from Gatwick and Crawley.
Two bathrooms, a massive living room, a separated kitchen, a garage with some parking place in front of it and a lovely garden.
The bedroom is a double one with a big window. It is unfurnished but the matress is for sale.
There is a good size closet built in the wall.
The rent is 485 per month and we share the bills.
