The building

A character property very close to the town center with loads of personality in the middle of East Grinstead. Although within 3 or 4 minutes to the high street, the house is very quiet as it is surrounded by a lot of ground, at the end of which is a row or two of houses and then the town center.

An off road car park for one is available after a long discrete driveway.

The walls of the property is very thick (you'll love it). There are wooden beams inside and they look great.. I think those are the reasons I bought the property in the first place

There are two rooms, one double with very tall roofs and the other one is a single sized room with equally high roof.

The Open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge, oven and hob. There is an electric boiler and electric storage heating in the house.
