Room to let in light spacious, well decorated home.

The local area is very nice, walking distance to local shops, the beach and public transport.

The room is currently furnished.

Shared kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

Newly refurbished bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Two toilets one upstairs, one downstairs.

All reasonable bills, broadband and Sky are included. There is a sky box in the room (tv available if required) and you may add to the sky subscription too if you would like.

There is lots of room including three shared reception rooms and large garden.

It is a clean tidy household and with a cleaner (£5 per week) and gardener (free/included), although you will need to clean your own room.

I'm a friendly easy going person. I have four friendly, well behaved dogs (I'm a dog trainer and behaviourist) so you must like dogs. They do not have run of the house and are not allowed upstairs. They also accompany me to work everyday (10am till 9pm approx). Even so, if you allergic to dog cuddles or only like cats then this might not be the room for you.

Smokers accepted but must smoke outside. I have dogs and the odd cigarette but I try very hard to make sure that my house is clean, tidy and never smells of either.
