Wicked Double Room available in Felpham

Hi,

I have a double room available in my house. I am a 29 year old professional who works in Chichester in Marketing.

I have a 4 bed house and one of my current lodgers has decided to move in with his girlfriend.

The house is very modern and newly decorated throughout (we even have a black board wall!). I am looking for someone who respects everyone's space but also willing to have house meals and get togethers (or family nights as we call it!). I am pretty laid back but like someone who respects my home.

I also have another lodger Luke who doesn't stay at the property much. He is 20 and works as Sainsburys.

We have a 7 month cat called Magic.

The room includes all bills. We also have a cleaner (to do all communal areas), Internet and BT Vision package. We have a lovely back garden which is South facing and great in the Summer for a cider.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine. We also have a separate dining room.

Rent also includes toilet roll and contribution towards cleaning products such as bleach etc.

The house has street parking and is 10 minute walk from the beach and 2 minute walk from Tesco Express, a Chinese and a pub.
