There is a TV, DVD player, kettle, fridge & toaster, so you can be self-sufficient if you prefer. Considering adding a microwave too!

Use of the kitchen & lounge.

There is a Tesco Express & Co-Op within walking distance. The 700 Bus stops at the end of Firs Avenue, which is a 5-10 minute walk. This makes access to Bognor Town, the University & Chichester College simple.

There are 2 dogs, a cat & 2 tortoises, so you need to be pet tolerant.
