We have just moved into a lovely brand new townhouse in Felpham and looking for a friendly, clean, tidy but lovely lodger!
You will have use of the downstairs kitchen/living space and use of your own bathroom (bath only - no shower) next to your bedroom, which is on the top floor of the house.
Monday to Friday lets are also welcome and would be a drop in rent. Bills and wifi included.
Close to the new road giving access to the new Rolls Royce building. I work in marketing and I work from home twice a week and my boyfriend is a mechanic.
We have a cat called Magic.
