Spacious double room to rent

We have a furnished double room available to rent in a 3 bedroom house. The house is currently occupied by myself, my partner and an existing female lodger. We are all professionals.

There will be shared use of the kitchen, living areas and bathroom. There will be access to the internet. All bills are included except for personal telephone calls and food.

The house has a garden and there is a bus stop outside which has a regular bus service into the town centre, the train station is a 10 minute walk and there is also street parking available.

We have a Toy Yorkie dog who is very docile.
