I have a furnished double room available to rent in a 3 bedroom house. I am currently the only other occupant and I am a 26 year old female who is in full time employment.

There will be shared use of the kitchen, living areas and bathroom. There will be access to the internet. All bills are included except for personal telephone calls and food.

The house has a garden and there is a bus stop outside which has a regular bus service into the town centre, there is also off road parking available.

I have a young dog so the applicant must be comfortable around animals.

The house share would suit a young professional female.

I am currently carrying out some work on the house but the room should be available from 11th February 2012 but viewings can take place now.
