Lovely flat nearly on the beach in Goring

Available from October 2023 as current flatmate is relocating. The flat is situated in the Waterfront development in Goring by Sea. So 30 seconds from the door you can be dipping your toes in the sea. The room to rent is a spacious double, which includes a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe ( not shown in picture) and chest of draws. The property is a two bedroom ground floor flat which allows for easy access from the back of the property and which also has an outdoor seating area/ patio. There is a shower and bath, fully fitted kitchen with cooker and washing machine. The flat is situated very close to the beach, local shops and some good restaurants. I have eaten in most of them and can really recommend the Thai.
I work hard and like to relax at the end of a busy day, so would be looking to share with a like minded individual. I keep a tidy flat and would expect that from whom is renting at the time.
