Attractive Room in Family Home in Hassocks

We are looking for a friendly, considerate, tidy lodger (sorry no couples) for our furnished bedroom with double bed in our spacious detached family home with pretty garden and sun patio in a quiet road in Hassocks. Shared facilities include shower room, new kitchen with seating area, Wi-Fi, utility room with washing machine, carport/shed for bike. You can park outside the house at the front or the back. We live 5 minutes walk from the station and it is 11 minutes to Brighton and 13 minutes to Haywards Heath on the train. Brighton is 7 miles and Gatwick Airport 30 mins by car, 20 minutes on train. The universities are 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by train. Shops, banks, cafes, doctor’s surgery etc in village.

We are a professional couple with a teenager (18), We have a dog and three cats so you would need to be an animal lover. This would suit a young professional or a student. You would need two references and a deposit of two weeks rent.
