Accommodation allows privacy as you will occupy first floor yourself with own bathroom and sitting room/study upstairs as well

Double bedroom with plenty of storage, own bathroom on same landing with corner bath/over bath shower, toilet, sink, plus own sitting/ study room on same level with tea/coffee making facilities along with own fridge, micro wave, toaster, ironing board/iron, hoover

Freshly decorated, clean + tidy accommodation with new carpets

To share downstairs kitchen for general cooking & laundry washing machine plus shared use of garden/patio (smoking outside only)

Suitable for professional/ post grad - or Mon-Fri business person as close to transport links for eg London to Brighton train line - good wifi connection if need to work from home & peaceful environment for work/study

We are quiet, friendly, non smoking professional mother and daughter team, with a good sense of humour & are looking for a person who is a dog lover as we have 2 rescued very friendly greyhounds ( who stay downstairs ! )

Safe off road parking in our drive in our lovely quiet road ( can leave your car in drive & walk to train station & save on parking costs at station)

Countryside location with good transport connections - within walking distance of Hassocks railway station on London to Brighton main line

Crawley 30 mins drive
