THE ROOM: 1 double room in a clean, modern detached house in Haywards Heath, with double bed, built-in wardrobes, optional bedside table and/or chest of drawers; and/or space for a desk with a bit of moving around. I have my own ensuite, so you'll have sole use of the bathroom with toilet, electric shower and bath. All bills (gas, elec, water, landline phone calls) are included. You'd share the rest of the house with me: dining room, living room, kitchen, utility room, unlimited broadband, Sky tv, garden, garage and parking.
THE HOUSE: Is quiet, and in a handy location. You can walk to local shops and PRH. There's guaranteed quiet at night around here, so no problems getting a good night's sleep after a day's work! (and sorry but it's not a house for any party animals!).
ME: Took voluntary redundancy last year after far too long commuting and working in London, now enjoying a part-time local job and some volunteering.
YOU: I'm looking for a non-smoker in full-time employment. Just someone clean, tidy, easy-going and 'normal'! You'll have plenty of your own space but you might like to share an occasional meal/takeaway in front of Coronation Street or some sport. Would reduce rate for Mon-Fri stays. Thanks :)
