I have a lovely bright double room available to rent in a beautiful Victorian house in Haywards Heath.
The room comprises of a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, TV point, en suite shower room/wc, and has two large windows (with shutters) which overlook the quiet garden.
The house is in a quiet enclave which can be accessed either by the Southdown development or by the private electric gates leading off Colwell Road. It is within 10 minutes easy walking distance of Haywards Heath town centre and 2 minutes walk to "Sainsbury Local"and the Princess Royal Hospital.
Shared use of a new modern kitchen and breakfast room, utility room (washing machine) and large sitting room, plus ample parking.
I am a working, live in landlady who is looking to share my house with a professional male/female, friendly, tidy person and who is a non smoker.
Would prefer Monday to Friday lodger, but this is negotiable.
