Having lived here myself, I can tell you that this is a lovely place to live. The sun pours into the bedroom and sitting room in the afternoon.

The room is cosy and comfortable it will be freshly painted white before you move in. The kitchen is well equipped and has ample storage space. There is a great shower and the bathroom is in the process of being painted. Spacious sitting room; there at two sofas.

I co-own this property with Jon who lives there.

He is a friendly, professional male and sometimes travels for most of the working week. You will find that you will often have the flat to yourself. He works in banking and is friendly, fairly quiet and respectful and would want you to feel at home in the flat. You will be more than welcome to make yourself at home in the sitting room. His interests include reading, tennis, cycling, cooking. He may consider couples but this would involve an increase in rent. He is largely a vegetarian but does eat fish and is happy to share the flat with meat eaters. He also smokes but not in the flat.

It is 2 minutes walk from Haywards Heath station and Waitrose. Sainsbury's and the Dolphin leisure centre are all less than 5 minutes walk. There is also the lovely Clair park around the corner. It is within walking distance to pubs and restaurants and is surrounded by many fine takeaways!

There are parking restrictions on Sydney Road.
