I am moving out at the end of October and I am looking for someone to move in with my two great housemates.

About the housemates:
Will and Jamie are two lads in their 30's and are very easy to get on with and live with. They are very considerate housemates and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I have lived with them for a couple of years and it's not always easy to find good housemates so I will miss them very much. I actually met Jamie on spareroom. com and he knew Will from school. I would say that they have definitely become my friends rather than just housemates and they would like to do the same with the new person. They would quite like a female to move in as they admit that it's nice to have a few feminine touches around the place like smelly candles, bunting and scatter cushions etc. Lol. They always do their fair share of the cleaning; Will is particularly good at washing up my plates when I have been too lazy to do them myself and Jamie always keeps the garden looking tip top and I've never had to take the bin out myself! They are a good laugh and great company if you fancy chilling out in front of the TV with them. (They always let me choose what to watch on the TV too!!)

About the house:
It is a 3 bedroom detached house with a front and back garden. The garden has a fish pond with fish in that we have to feed and also a greenhouse if you are into gardening. There is a driveway for off road parking and a garage for storage for bikes and stuff. There is a large lounge/diner complete with large flat screen TV with access to BT Sport. The boys have also said they might be interested in getting Sky if you wanted to split it 3 ways. There are plenty of DVD's which you are welcome to watch and there is fast unlimited broadband too. A smallish kitchen but there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and large freezer. There is a downstairs toilet as well as a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. The room up for rent is a double with views looking out onto the garden. It has a large built in wardrobe with masses of storage room if you are a bit of a shopaholic like me! The room comes unfurnished.

You will have full reign of the house, nowhere is out of bounds. It is somewhere you can make your home.

The Location:
The house is in an excellent location with the Dolphin Leisure centre, Sainsbury's and the train station within a 5 minute walk. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac which is nice and quiet and the neighbours are all very friendly. The Landlord and Lady live across the road and they are very laid back and chilled. They leave us to it but are always helpful if we have a problem.

The rent is split 3 ways depending on the size of the room so this room is £545 per month. This includes rent and all bills. I will be taking some of my furniture with me so if you have any furniture you would like to bring along feel free!
