This is an attractive, comfortable semi furnished double room over looking an enclosed garden, for single occupant only. The room is in a two bedroomed semi detached Victorian house with gas central heating.
In the kitchen you would have use of your own cupboard and fridge with a small freezer section. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom.. You can use my cutlery, and I can give you your own crockery, which would need replacing if broken within one week of breakage.

Off road parking is available for a car only. This house is conveniently close to the town centre and mainline railway station, yet within a few minutes walk from beautiful countryside and 30 mins from the coast.

Horsham is an historical town with an excellent Arts Centre, good restaurants, a Leisure Centre with indoor and outside swirl pool which adds to the attractiveness of living in this town which also has a large park.

I have wifi, which you would be welcome to use and is included within the monthly rent.

I am looking for a professional person who is used to living in shared accommodation, works full time outside my home, this person who is easy going and of a happy disposition and does not have a complicated life would be most welcome.

Employment Reference required and there is an annual rent review.
