MONDAY to FRIDAY let. Large room approx 4m x 3. 75m (13’ x 12’ in English) in detached house. Lots of wardrobe and storage space and king size bed. Easy walking access to Littlehaven Station. Horsham Station also walking distance. Owner lives in permanently and one other male 3-4 days only.
I work full time and lead a fairly quiet life when at home and would like Tenant to be of similar life style. When I have time I enjoy cooking, working in my garden (actually jungle would be a better description) and occasionally having friends over to have dinner. Although I am in my sixties, I am not yet senile......well I don't think so.
