Double room in lovely modern house. The room is freshly decorated with a brand new comfortable bed with drawers under, a large wardrobe, desk and chair. You have use of living room and conservatory as well as garden which is nice for sitting out in the good weather. Very convenient for access to A23, Brighton as well as a short walk into the village. We are easy going, friendly and sociable but respect your privacy. There is parking available in the road. You will have sole use of the family bathroom next to your room. There is high speed broadband internet. We have 2 cats who are friendly and the house is kept clean.
