Double room, available immediately, in the centre of Hurstpierpoint.

Hurstpierpoint village is perched on the South Downs with a mainline train station at Hassocks, just under 2 miles from my house (7 min drive/taxi or a 10 min bike ride/30 min walk)

There are trains to London in 50 mins and to Brighton in 10 minutes.

My house is located just off the main high street, so very easy access to all of Hurstpierpoint's amenities, including a co-op, independent shops, restaurants, pubs, dentist and doctor's surgery.

My house is an end-of-terrace two-bedroomed Victorian property.
Shared kitchen, courtyard garden, living space and bathroom, with me (female live-in landlord). And a third floor, which is a further shared living space. I have wireless broadband and there is free on-street parking.

The available room is at the rear of the house, so it is nice and quiet. It's a bright, cosy room, semi-furnished with a double bed and (if required) storage facilities.

Looking for a professional person, preferably female. Looking for someone that is clean and tidy and as I live alone, looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing housework.

Looking for someone who is considerate of others and understands what it takes to live harmoniously e. g. in terms of noise, cleaning up, having guests over and general mutual respect.
