Lovely 4 bed house in quiet cul-de-sac with local Tesco and easy access to bus routes and Ifield train station. Easy 10-15 minutes drive to Gatwick

Large Double Room available. This room is upstairs and shares the whole floor and family bathroom with the occasional weekend visitors.

The room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair.

Note: this is not simply a room let but a houseshare with access to shared facilities throughout (but if you prefer to stay in your room that’s fine too!)

The extended and well kept 4 bed 2 bathroom semi benefits from a fully equipped shared kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, double cooker, hob, toaster etc, and a large shared living room with 8 seater dining table, TV and broadband access. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Note: only 3 bedrooms to be occupied in total to prevent queues for the showers.

Two bathrooms, one downstairs with WC and electric shower, and one upstairs with WC and power shower and bath.

Lovely sunny private garden and private car parking spaces available.

Looking for similar age professional who is sociable but respects privacy and who is clean and tidy. Must like dogs as Boris the very friendly Labrador is a permanent fixture providing security and companionship.

Monthly room rent is £500 + £130 for all utility bills (including WiFi) total £630 per month. Would also consider couples at an additional charge of £600 for room plus £100pp for Bill's, totalling £800 for the couple all Bill's included.
