Room to Rent in Kirdford

I have one furnished double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, chest of draws and a bedside table.

The house is in a nice little country village called Kirdford in a nice road with friendly neighbours. The village has two pubs and a small shop.

Kirdford is approx 7 mins from Billingshurst centre, 15 mins from Horsham, 25 mins from Guildford, and 35 mins from Gatwick / Crawley.

Shared living room, shared kitchen and utilites. I do not use the main bathroom very often (as I have an en suite) so you mainly will have it to yourself. Shared garden, secure off road parking.

We are a young friendly couple looking for an easy going house mate to share our home. My new housemate needs to be tidy and like animals (as I have 2cats - both incredibly friendly). I am sociable but are happy to have a housemate who wants to keep themselves to themselves or a housemate who wants to go to the pub/go for dinner/ go to the cinema etc. As long as you are clean and tidy, I don’t mind.

Bills are all included, this includes Broadband. Rent £500 pcm.

Room possibly available mid August but definitely from 1 September 2018.
