The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
I am only looking for a professional person and the room is only for single occupancy, its a quiet house, not a party house. The beach is a 3 min walk away, the property is located on the Widewater at Lancing.
There is free on street parking, and if you have a bike, (pedal or motorbike) there is somewhere secure inside you can leave it.
The No 700 bus that goes between Brighton and Worthing stops close by.
The room is available immediately.
