Newly furnished 3 bed Maisonette, has now got room available, very well priced rent in Lancing centre, three minutes walk from lancing station and nearest shops.

I am a chilled professional, all about the easy life and looking to share with someone down to earth and reliable.
My flatmate moved out at short notice and the room has become available for anyone to move in as soon as possible. There is already broadband and household utilities set up. Bills are paid separately but i have advertised as included in the rent to give you an idea on total cost per month :)

Please note the room itself is unfurnished so you will need your own bed. However there is an optional wardrobe and chest of drawers included.

If you are a couple you would split the value of the rent, and bills would then be divided equally.

Side road parking is available, also driveway parking but NOT between the hours of 8am-6pm mon-friday (as the flat is above a shop) weekend parking is fine.
