The room is a large double with a computer desk area, there is road parking outside the house and also a private road round the back with a space to park. It is near the train station and main bus routes. It is near Worthing and Shoreham hospital, also easy to get to Brighton and London. I have a 18 month daughter who is no trouble!
I also have 2 cats called Flo and Bruce, they are very friendly.
It has a large garden and conservatory, which is nice to sit in and read or just chill out.
Couples are welcome but the rent would be £575 p/m.
