The residence is licensed under House in Multiple Occupation from Arun District Council complying with the Provision of Part 2 of the Housing Act 2004 and conditions required by Schedule 4 of the Act and any additional conditions imposed by virtue of Section 67 of the Act.

LOCATION

The residence is situated on a residential road located between Littlehampton town centre and the sea front and harbour mouth.

Littlehampton is a small seaside town with a population of approximately 26, 000 people located in the Arun district of West Sussex at the mouth of the River Arun.

The town is situated on the A259 close to the main A27 coastal trunk road as well as the two main north south roads of the A24 and A29. The town also benefits from good train links with direct services to London Victoria, Gatwick Airport, Chichester and Portsmouth.

SUMMARY OF SERVICE

Each tenant will benefit from his/her own room that are equipped with power points, TV points, vanity with wash hand-basin and individually controlled heating system. You will also enjoy the privacy of your own private accommodation where you are encouraged to bring personal items of furniture and use as when you wish. Tenants are given the opportunity to contribute to their daily living and to take pride of their environment.

The residence’s management develops and agrees with each prospective tenant a written an assured shorthold tenancy agreement/statement of terms and conditions between the landlord and the tenant.

The residence headquarters is at 33/35 Bayford Road, Littlehampton BN17 5HN and is privately owned.

ACCOMMODATIONS/FACILITIES

The residence consists of two interlinked Victorian houses that are ideally situated for easy access to the main shopping centre, the river, seafront, harbour mouth and train station.

The accommodation is divided into 15 rooms and each room is equipped with power points, TV points, vanity with wash hand-basin and individually controlled heating system. Tenant will enjoy the privacy of their own private accommodation where they are encouraged to bring their personal items of furniture and use as when they wish.

GROUND FLOOR

Spread over the ground are a number of rooms listed as follows: five bedrooms, one separate toilet with wash-hand basin, bathroom, utility room with sink and provision for washing machine, and a further shower room with toilet and wash-hand basin.

RENTAL FEES

The monthly rental fee ranges from £310-500 per room and revised yearly to adjust to inflation rise.

The Rent is inclusive of water & sewage charges, council tax and electricity and in the event of they’re being any increase in the same or if the same shall be imposed in respect of the property, the Landlord may increase the amount of the rent by an equivalent amount.
