I have a room to let in a 4 bed house.. South facing.. Ground floor, double bedroom, next to walk in shower and bathroom .This bathroom is exclusive to the tenant. Open plan Kitchen and lounge.. Use of all facilities.. Shared use washing machine, Gas hob, electric oven, only bedroom downstairs and I'm the centre of town close to all shopping areas. Close to all bus routes to and train station .. All bills included as well as broadband.. This will go very quick because of location. We are having the room redecorate at the moment so will put a picture up when finished ..advertising earlier as tenant that is occupying at the moment is leaving first week of October.
