Double size room(for one person only please !) in a friendly household comprising of 2 others(the landlords).
Will suit someone who likes good conversation and convivial company but also needs a peaceful space to study or chill out (as other mature student in household) We have found the best fit for the household is someone who likes to get out and about a lot and has an interest in sports or physical activity rather than gaming or telly watching.
£420 per calendar month, all bills included.
Use of kitchen, lounge, internet/tv and sun trap garden, live as part of household.

Easy parking next to house (quiet close)
Lavant is 10 minutes from Chichester on bike, on main bus route, adjacent to Centurion Way cycle route.
House has views of South Downs, is in the South Downs National Park and is well positioned for walking, running and biking. Close to Goodwood horse and car racing circuits.
Lovely position, quiet, birdsong, fantastic walks straight from the house. Sporty people will appreciate the great runs straight from the house and there is a crossfit school 5 min to walk away.
Deposit £420 Rent is one month in advance.
One month notice is required as standard, on leaving. The room has a double bed if you have long legs but we just don't want 4 in it- sorry.
Please note, Lavant is a village OUTSIDE Chichester so it is NOT central and although there are 2 pubs within easy walking distance, it is still 3 km from Chichester. Easily cycle able, run able or bus able but you might find a car an advantage. And at least you will able to park easily and for free and escape all the car parking charges, very vigilant traffic wardens and restrictions in town. The room has been happily occupied for a while by a great housemate and will be available from NOVEMBER as he moves back to University after a gap year. There is a resident young collie so you must like dogs. He is house trained so we expect the house mate to be too!
