Double bedroom in a friendly & sociable house

The room is a large sized double. Neutrally decorated and comes furnished or un-furnished. It also has a Virgin setop box that is included in the rent. There is a wall mount for a TV (TV not supplied)
The kitchen is fairly modern and shared use of the fridge/freezer/cooker etc. The bathroom is modern and has a free standing shower cubicle as well as a bath.
The living room and ground floor is recently decorated and has wooden flooring, leather sofa and reclining arm chairs with a 55" TV and playstation 😂

Shorter term lets can be discussed and a security deposit will be required.

The house is a sociable place. I have my son who stays with me some nights during the week and at weekends. I also have 2 Bengal cats who are very friendly and are by all accounts hypo-allergenic (Dont worry if you are allergic to "normal" cats) these wont bother you.
There is off road parking on the double driveway. Easy access to bus routes. West Worthing train station is a brisk 15 minute walk away. There are also ample pubs all within walking distance and local convenience stores as well.
I am an easy going friendly person who gets on with anyone. I am looking for the same in a housemate. I spend alot of time at work and away so any potential housemate will have the house to themselves alot. Ideally looking for a professional person who is sociable 😆
