The House: Beautiful 16th century large farmhouse with 2 dining rooms, 2 sitting rooms (both with open fires) and central farmhouse kitchen; fully equipped. Huge garden backing onto woodland with hot tub. Off street private parking for each room cars. Want this to very much be a house share not just rooms to rent. Oh just to mention, this is a vegetarian household, vegetarians preferred but non veggies welcome.

Bedroom: Unfurnished/or Furnished Double Bedroom, space for 2 chest of draws but dressing room facility available elsewhere within the house. Use of main household bathroom; lavatory facility shared with bedroom 1. I have my own complete bathroom facility. £110 per week.

Location Sayers Common/Hurstpierpoint: Situated 15 minutes away from the centre of Brighton, 20 minutes away from Gatwick Airport, 3 minute drive/10 min walk from Hurstpierpoint village shops. Hassocks station 10 minute drive. Direct bus routes to Brighton and Burgess Hill.

Living with: A 2 fun, relaxed females that work work full time.

Lola – Extremely friendly and very well behaved 2 year old pedigree dog.

You: 25 to 50 Professional. Clean, tidy, respectful, trustworthy and easy going.
