Shared use of bathrooms. And use of shared living room and conservatory.

Breakfast and evening meal included. Lunch not included.

Weekly clean sheets and towels. Use of washing machine. Central Heating.

Excellent bus service to Chichester, buses run every 15 minutes from the end of the lane.

Parking available.

Applicants should be serious students, non smokers at ease with animals as we have free range chickens, ducks, sheep and large dog. Very calm surroundings excellent for study within our family home.

A two week deposit is required and one weeks rent in advance. Weekly payments should then be made at the start of each week. For Short term lets (1- 10 weeks) rent will be due in full at the start of tenancy.
