Shared use of bathroom and kitchen - both new, modern and clean. Lounge is for personal use only.
Rent includes use of washing machine and wifi, bed linen and towels also available. There is space in garage for storage if needed.
The location is 10 minutes from Shoreham bus and train station and 20 mins on train to Brighton. The location is quiet and residential with plenty of parking, trees and parks. There is a large supermarket 5 mins away(driving) or local shops and bars 10 minutes away(walking).
I work full time and like a reasonable amount of space although I do enjoy sharing a meal and socialising every now and then.
Ideally looking for a Monday to Friday lodger or person in full time education
FYI the house is home to one fluffy cat
