Communal House Share In Shoreham-By Sea

I have a 4-bedroom house in Shoreham-by-sea in Sussex with a big back garden with vegetables, fruit, trees and flowers.

I am a Artist-Blacksmith and Homeopathic practitioner. There is a professional male product designer who works in Brighton and a female freelance creative painter and decorator.

We are creative, active, and share the odd meal/glass of wine. Also a nice little black cat called Coco lives with us (house trained).

The attic bedroom is on the 2nd floor and is available from 7th September. It is a small double room facing west over the front of the house and allotments (gets loads of sun in the afternoon, when its sunny!)

The room is unfurnished but has some fitted shelving.

The rest of the house is furnished.

HUGE open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living/Sun room with Wood-burning stove, under floor heating. It is the heart of the house with big dining table where we hang out. The big kitchen has dishwasher, w/m, freezer, fridge and the dbl oven and 6 gas hob.

Downstairs toilet.

MASSIVE 6m wide x 35m long Garden. South and east facing.

Front garden

1st Floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, roll-top bath and toilet. Open landing area for laundry.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and toilet.

We would love to live with an open minded professional person who might like to get their hands dirty with a spot of gardening (?), as I also have an allotment nearby.
You must be a non-smoker, clean up after yourself and be generally thoughtful and respectful of the others you live with.

7 mins walk from Shoreham-by-Sea train station.
10-15 Mins walk Shoreham Beach (over the lovely new foot bridge)
Direct buses outside the house to Brighton and west towards Worthing and Littlehampton.
1 min walk to the the coast bus route no. 700 - Brighton-Worthing-Chichester.
