Location:
The house is on Shoreham beach, the main beach road so it is super easy to get to. The new footbridge is open from the beach to the town which makes a walk to the train station about 10 mins away and the high street about 5 mins.

The sea is about 5 mins walk from the house.

About me:
- I am a professional / own a company and have offices in shoreham high street
- There is a dog named Kai (Eurasier) and a cat named Angus (Ginger)
- I do some exercise in the garage but generally never after 8: 30/9pm (I mention this as it can make a little noise on the gym equipment)
- Every now and again may have a party / gathering which generally involves music and a bbq or similar. This is not very often so don't worry about lots of parties etc.
- Generally good at giving advance notice of any disruption or guests staying and the same would be great from whoever moved in.

This room would probably suit a professional :)
